Winter 2023 Silent Auction
How to BID on an Auction Item: Bids will be made using your assigned BID NUMBER. You will receive your bid number when you register as a bidder below.
Thank you to all of those who bid for an Online Silent Auction item! The Silent Auction will continue until 4/15/2023.
The bidding on each item must be at least the minimum bid, which is shown on the bid sheet. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increments. Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and void.
Once the auction is closed, the highest bid entered, and adheres to the designated increment, will constitute the winning bid and be marked. In the event of any dispute, a UCG representative will act as the final authority. The winning bidder will be notified by email or phone to arrange payment (cash, credit card, check or online payment). This must be arranged within 24 hours of the message being sent. Any item left unclaimed (i.e. the highest bidder does not respond to our message within 24 hours) will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
Payment for items purchased must be made in full.
UCG reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction. ALL auction item purchases are final.
No returns or exchanges will be issued. UCG has attempted to describe and catalog all items correctly, but neither warrants nor represents and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of items. No statement made here, or orally, shall be deemed such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability.
