A Forgiveness Dialogue

A Forgiveness Dialogue

Revs Karen Patrick and James King discuss how the Ho’oponopono prayer facilitates total forgiveness. These four lines can guide you through a process of introspection, forgiveness, and release. As part of this process, you use the mantra, “I’m sorry, Please forgive me, Thank you, I love you,” to acknowledge and take responsibility for any negative thoughts, actions, or emotions that may have contributed to conflict or disharmony. You are empowered to be an active participant in the healing process.

Forgiveness is a choice; we can all heal by giving and receiving it. Nothing can change until we do.

“It’s one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself to forgive. Forgive everybody.”

Maya Angelou
