Imagination: Romancing The Spirit, Part 2

Imagination: Romancing The Spirit, Part 2

Using imagination, we can contemplate and consider what it would be like to feel totally loved. Imagine yourself taking a shower or bath in love’s awareness. These images connect us with feelings that lead to the reality and experience of love.

To really be loved you have to be able to imagine the possibility of it, which is what opens the door to it. We often imagine ourselves without love and create feelings of loneliness and separation that generate that same experience in the outer world. We literally create a world of separation by what we imagine.

The word imagination can be broken down into the idea of the “image of your nation”. What do you imagine your inner nation of feelings and pictures to be?

“The world of reality has its limits; the world of imagination is boundless.”

Jean-Jacques Rousseau

“Imagination is amazing. Love it as much as you can because it is a free spiritual power. If you will learn to use it then you can go anywhere and can do whatever you desire.”

Alice Walker
