The use of Will involves positively affirming what you want and desire. It is the idea of a choice made from an internal conviction.
The use of Will is necessary in all aspects of our lives.
- Will you stay or will you go?
- Will you love or will you hate?
- Will you eat more than is needed, or will you eat consciously?

In a wedding ceremony, we promise to love and cherish each other. This is all based upon the act of will.
What gives Will its power? What is behind the words, I will? Understanding how this inner force works reveals why we do what we do. Where does the power of Will come from?
“Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it’s always your choice.”
Wayne Dyer
“Never give in, never give in, never, never, never, never in nothing, great or small, large or petty – never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never yield to force; never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”
Winston Churchill
